I signed up, how do I access my course?
You can access our account at the following address http://app.remembr.it. We recommend that you bookmark this address to make it easier to come back to every day.
How do I cancel account?
You can cancel your account at any time via the Account Settings Page. If you are still within your free trial period then cancelling your account will immediately terminate your account. If you cancel your account after your free trial period you will still have access to your account until the end of the current billing period.
Can I restart my course?
Sorry, Course cannot be restarted so it's important you don't fall behind. If you have to take a couple of weeks off then you will end up with a lot of overdue items for testing. To get back into your course you will have to test each of these items to see which ones you still remember. Once you have done that you can start taking lessons again.
How do lesson drills work?
During Lesson drills you work through the cards until you have remembered each card at least four times. The system slowly introduces new cards from the stack of cards to be remembered while at the same time testing you on the cards you have already learned.
How do I report a bug?
Please report any problems or suggestions you have via our Contact Us Page. We appreciate any feedback you have and will endeavor to answer all enquiries within 48 hours.
I am interested in taking one of your 'Coming Soon' courses, when will it be released?
We are working as quickly as possible on additional language courses. Please register for the one you are interested. Registrations help us priortize which courses we work on developing.
Are you going to release an iPhone/iPad version?
We are hoping to release an iPad version by Feb 2012 and an iPhone version after that.
