Things not working as expected? We've found working through the following simple steps fixes most problems.

Are you using the latest Adobe Flash Player version?
At a minimum, we require you have Version 10 of the Adobe Flash Player installed for your browser.
Although we aim for compatibility for all Version 10 releases some of the early releases are buggy and often cause problems. If you are having problems with the system crashing or behaving erratically please upgrade to the latest version.
Is your browser up-to-date?
We test our software on the latest versions of the most popular browsers on both Windows and Mac.
If you are running an out-of-date version please consider updating it to see if it fixes any problems you may be experiencing.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
If you're having problems with our software not loading or only partially loading then it's likely you have a corrupted or out-of-date file cached in your browser.
